We offer easy 7-day replacement for defective or damaged items.

You can request a replacement if:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item is not working
- Item is incorrect or missing parts
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide: Order number + photos/video of the issue

❌ Not Eligible
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Normal wear & tear
- Small color variations due to screen brightness
Refunds (If applicable)
Refunds are only provided:
- If the product is out of stock
- If the replacement cannot be arranged
- If the shipment is lost by courier
Refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect.
COD Orders
COD refunds are processed via UPI only.
