We offer easy 7-day replacement for defective or damaged items.

Eligible for Replacement

You can request a replacement if:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Item is not working
  • Item is incorrect or missing parts

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide: Order number + photos/video of the issue

Not Eligible

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Small color variations due to screen brightness

Refunds (If applicable)

Refunds are only provided:

  • If the product is out of stock
  • If the replacement cannot be arranged
  • If the shipment is lost by courier

Refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect.

COD Orders

COD refunds are processed via UPI only.
